Early Design Procedure
Ming Chiang engineers and highly qualified and very capable of offering early design consultation to find the most satisfactory performance solutions regarding molds and material selection, while still considering manufacturing limits and cost effciency.

Using advanced software of computer-aided design, drafting and manufacturing, we help OEMs to evaluate complex projects prior to die construction. Through close cooperation, we are better equipped to recommend any necessary modifications to guarantee optimum performance of die casting with a significant saving.

 
Tooling
Unlike many component manufacturers, Ming Chiang makes stamping molds and progressive die in-house. Our team of specialists, together with a sighificant, together with state-of-the-art equipment, makes sure that design and production are always under maximum control.
By having design, tool making and manufacturing at one location we are able to react quickly and flexibly to meet any specification change from customers.

Stamping/Tapping
A continuous investment programme enables us to have the best pressing and forming technology, which comprise a wide variety of facilities ranging from high speed recision presses to complicated metal forming system in high volume production.

Prior to manufacturing, a volume-produced part goes through the first detailed pre-production inspection followed by continuous process control. During production, not only do the latest process control systems monitor production to guarantee that manufacturing tolerances are within specified limits, but also a series of inspections is rigorously performed on all stamping parts including surface and dimensions tests.

Post-curing treatment


After initial manufacturing, parts are moved to a post-curing treatment of anti-tamish baths, Each step of the treatment is in full compliance with the high standards of ISO14001. Our long-term goal in environmental management is to reduce pollution, waste, and negative impacts on human health toward a cleaner world.

Quality inspection
Over the years we have estabilished a highly efficient QA system, for which Ming Chiang*s Quality Management System has gained quality and environmental certification to ISO 9001.
Prior to product completion, an inspection of every piece is carried out with precise measuring equipment. All inspection and test data are recorded in detail and provided on demand.

Packaging & Delivery
To cater to packaging needs, we offer a variety of packaging materials such as trays, small boxes, and poly bags for individual items, which is strictly followed by scheduled
deliveries. All dies and components are transported via guaranteed contractors.
